Audio transcription services

Our team has experience in providing audio transcription services in English, Arabic, and French. For one such audio transcription project, our team has processed over 2000 minutes of audio data, that is, call recordings of customers from multiple industries and of different nationalities. This was the task for a client who worked with the emotion recognition algorithms and behavioral analysis.

Great attention to detail and, therefore, obligatory cross-reference QA for every transcript, are the cornerstones of our work at Label Your Data. Despite that, we can work with 42 languages and create a dedicated team specifically tailored for your project’s needs. We make sure that our annotators have a minimum of B2 language knowledge (although most of them are fluent in the required language) and also conduct a profound training before they can join the project.
